ALL-STATE: 4 Lady Tigers Receive 1st Team Honors

Sophomore Olivia Jarvis and seniors Jensen Crenshaw, Allison Phillips, and Emma McKinstry were all selected to the MSHSAA Class 1 Softball All-State 1st Team.

Olivia Jarvis lead the Lady Tigers in the circle posting a 18-2 to go along with a 1.33 ERA and 79 strikeouts.

Jensen Crenshaw has been Jarvis' battery mate for the past two seasons, both of which culminated in Final Four appearances. Crenshaw led the team with a .574 batting average while driving in 25 runs.

Allison Phillips led the Lady Tigers' power hitters. Phillips batted .465 with 4 home runs and 46 RBIs. Emma McKinstry patrolled centerfield for the Lady Tigers this season. McKinstry led the Lady Tigers' charge out of the leadoff spot all season batting .375 with 12 walks and 7 stolen bases.
