Logan Brown came up big at the dish and on the rubber, leading the Canton Tigers to a 15-0 win over Brashear on Tuesday.
Brown racked up four RBIs on four hits for the Canton Tigers. He doubled in the second inning and singled in the third and fifth innings.
Brashear couldn't get anything going as long as Brown was on the hill. Brown held Brashear hitless over three innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out seven.
The offense exploded for the the Tigers in the second. The bats caught fire leading to 13 runs. The Tigers scored in the second on an RBI single by Trey Metz, a three-run double by Brown, an RBI single by Lance Logsdon, a two-run single by Cooper Hudnut, an RBI single by Drake Serbin, a three-run home run by LaVion Wilson, a sacrifice fly by Koy Smith, and an RBI single by Hudnut.
The Tigers pushed across one run in both the third inning and the fifth. In the third, the Tigers scored on an RBI single by Brown, bringing home Gavin Arnold.
